Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite

Contract duration: 1 year

In this role, you’ll work as an individual contributor on cross‑functional teams supporting key business groups such as Portfolio Management, Trading, Operations, and Compliance. You’ll help develop custom applications and build integrations with third‑party platforms including Charles River Development IMS/OMS and Sim Corp Dimension. Their environment blends established on‑prem systems with modern cloud‑based infrastructure – offering the opportunity to work across both legacy modernization and new development initiatives.

• Develop clean, maintainable, and scalable code
• Write unit tests to ensure strong automated coverage
• Participate in peer code reviews
• Contribute to engineering best practices and standards
• Build custom applications and third‑party integrations
• Support modernization efforts across cloud and legacy environments

• 4+ years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python
• Strong SQL skills
• Basic cloud knowledge (AWS preferred)
• Linux experience
• Direct experience with IMS, OMS or Portfolio Management Systems
• Financial services or asset management experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Finance, or related field
• Frontend experience (Vue.js or similar)
• Experience migrating legacy systems to cloud environments
