Business Process Software Engineer

Responsibilities

Kforce has a client in Boston, MA that is seeking a Business Process Software Engineer who will be hands‑on in developing, testing, delivery, and support of the workflows that drive our clients' interactions. The role works closely with technical leads and product managers to support customers, inform product decisions, and research and develop new growth opportunities to expand on the strengths of the core technology.

• Proven experience building, deploying, and supporting web applications in production with one or more programming languages (e.g., Python, Java script).
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem‑solving skills to understand complex customer needs and transactions.
• Understanding and experience working with source code management, testing, and CI/CD processes and tools such as Git Hub and Jenkins.
• A passion for engineering excellence; a desire to empower and collaborate with teammates; a willingness to learn; adaptability to new and changing requirements.
• A sense of ownership applying automation and tests to make code as robust as possible.
• Ability and desire to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns.

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. Employee pay is based on factors such as education, qualifications, experience, location, and business needs; it may be modified in the future.
