Salesforce Developer

Leonard WFS is conducting a confidential search for a Salesforce Lightning Developer to join a global enterprise team supporting retail and investment management systems within a large scale banking environment.

This is a hands on development role. The ideal candidate is a true Salesforce developer with strong Lightning Web Components experience and the ability to write clean, scalable APEX code inside a regulated financial services environment. Candidates must be local to Boston and have recent professional experience working in the Boston market.

• Designing and developing Lightning Web Components from scratch
• Writing and maintaining APEX classes, triggers, and test classes
• Implementing regional and global business requirements
• Integrating Salesforce with internal platforms and third party systems
• Building reports, dashboards, and workflows
• Supporting API integrations using RESTful services
• Following Dev Ops best practices including version control and CI CD
• Rapid prototyping to solve complex business challenges
• Ensuring enhancements align with long term platform strategy

• 7 to 10 years of Salesforce development experience
• Hands on Salesforce Lightning Web Components development
• Strong APEX programming experience
• Working knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and database concepts
• Experience integrating Salesforce with third party systems
• Understanding of Dev Ops tools such as version control and Salesforce DX
• Experience writing Apex test classes
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

This is not a configuration or admin role. Candidates must be able to write production level code and explain their development decisions.

Candidates must be currently based in Boston and have worked in Boston for the last several years.
