Biscred is the ultimate sales intelligence and prospecting tool for the commercial real estate industry. Our goal is to fully resource the salesperson & marketer with the data and information they need to shorten sales cycles and drive revenue. Currently, Biscred and our parent company, Bisnow, are undergoing a radical AI transformation across the entire business.

We are not hiring a traditional Product Manager who writes specs and grooms backlogs. As an AI Product Engineer, you will rapidly identify critical business problems and build functional code and data pipelines using Claude, Cursor, and other frontier models. You are a rapid‑fire prototype builder: you fire out working solutions at high velocity, building locally, spinning up internal tools in non‑prod environments, and submitting PRs for our core engineering team to take across the final production finish line.

This is a critical position on our small, dynamic team, with opportunities to shape the customer experience and grow within the organization. If you love turning “I have an idea” into working, deployed prototypes in hours instead of weeks, and obsess over moving business metrics (prospecting efficiency, data accuracy, user growth, revenue), this is your role. This hybrid role is based in Boston, with in‑office work required three days a week at 401 Washington St, Boston, MA 02108.

• Accelerate Delivery – Write functional code daily by prompting and iterating with Claude and other AI coding tools, submitting PRs to our engineering team to review and merge.
• Rapid Prototyping & Internal Tools – Build, test, and deploy new capabilities and internal tools to non‑prod environments at extreme speed, then partner with engineering to harden and ship them to the main production environment.
• Data Pipelines – Help build and maintain AI‑driven data pipelines that power our massive commercial real estate database for enrichment, validation, categorization, and deduplication.
• Problem Solving – Ruthlessly identify high‑impact business problems in CRE sales and marketing workflows and solve them with the fastest possible AI‑augmented solution.
• Transformation – Drive AI transformation initiatives across Biscred and Bisnow, turning manual processes into automated, intelligent systems.
• Collaboration – Act as a massive accelerator—collaborating seamlessly with a lean engineering team; you generate the raw capability and momentum while they ensure it is secure, scalable, and production‑ready.
• Business Outcomes – Obsess over business metrics, ensuring faster prospecting for customers, higher data quality, more revenue, higher productivity of internal teams, and happier users.

• 1–3 years of professional experience in product, engineering, data, or analytics, or an equivalent portfolio of shipped AI builds.
• Deeply AI‑savvy:
  You live in Claude, Cursor, GPT, or o1 daily and know how to get highly functional output from frontier models using prompt engineering, agent workflows, and evaluation loops.
• A voracious builder:
  You get genuinely excited by business problems in data‑heavy B2B platforms and cannot stop until they are fixed.
• Comfortable in the code:
  You have hands‑on experience in local development environments and Git. You have a track record of building working prototypes, and a portfolio of AI projects to showcase.
• Agile & autonomous:
  You thrive in ambiguity, move at startup speed, and are bored by traditional PM rituals (PRDs, Jira grooming, ceremonies) but energized by building actual value.
• A collaborative problem‑solver:
  You are comfortable owning outcomes and prototyping heavily while respecting the engineering boundaries of what goes into the final production environment.
• Familiar with Git workflows – branches, PRs, code review – at a level where you can submit work the engineering team will actually merge.
• Bonus:
  Experience with B2B SaaS, sales/marketing tools, or any exposure to commercial real‑estate data.
