About the RoleWe’re looking for a Software Test Analyst II to join our ever‑evolving Gordian Knot team to help us unleash the potential of every business.
As a Software Test Analyst, you’ll play a key role in the development of fintech products that are changing the way the world pays, banks and invests. This involves consulting on software development or operations processes, quality practices, quality audits and software measurements.
About the TeamThe Gordian Knot team delivers many important features to support and augment our payment process capabilities. Recent accomplishments include enhancing our fraud solution, Dispute Defender, to automate billing for chargeback cases handled for merchants.
We work directly with our e-commerce processing platform (VAP), delivering features throughout the year, focusing on moving the clearing functionality to our Core system.
What You’ll Own- Control and manage daily test activities, such as performing usability testing and communicating activities and findings.
- Write automated component and acceptance tests.
- Provide operational production support.
- Estimate user story test effort, write user story acceptance criteria, write user story test cases, and implement the test cases in test code.
- Recommend test approaches for code under test.
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience.
- 4–5 years of experience in software testing.
- Knowledge of application development, software testing and quality management.
- Programming experience in at least one object‑oriented language, preferably Java.
- Experience with behavior‑driven development using Karate or Cucumber.
- Experience with complex SQL queries and working with large relational databases.
- Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools like Jenkins.
- Working knowledge of Git Hub, Jira and Intelli

SalaryFor this full‑time position, the good‑faith estimated annual salary range upon hire is $87,300.00–$. The actual starting salary will be determined by a candidate’s experience, job‑related skills and relevant education or training. Salary may vary with location.
