Principal Platform Engineer

We’re seeking a Principal Platform Engineer passionate about building resilient cloud platforms that drive real-world impact in healthcare. In this role you’ll architect secure, automated infrastructure in an FDA‑regulated environment, implement advanced CI/CD pipelines, champion infrastructure‑as‑code, and accelerate the development of cutting‑edge medical‑imaging SaaS solutions.

• 7+ years of Dev Ops/SRE/Platform‑focused software engineering experience in an agile environment
• Expertise with at least one coding language (Ruby, Python, Rust, Go, etc.)
• Extensive hands‑on experience creating and supporting AWS environments using EC2, ECS, EFS, RDS, Redshift, VPC, Route
  53, etc.
• Experience developing infrastructure‑as‑code (IaC) with Terraform, Cloud Formation, CDK, etc.
• Experience with containerization and virtualization (Docker, Kubernetes, ECS/Fargate, etc.)
• Experience building and/or maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI, Circle
  
  CI, etc.)
• Experience with infrastructure and application monitoring tools such as Data Dog, New Relic or similar.
• Strong organization, collaboration and communication skills.

• Based in our Boston, MA office; hybrid model with regular in‑office collaboration.
• Participates in on‑call rotation covering business days from 9:00 AM to 12:00 AM; rotation shared among team members and typically for 2–3 weeks per quarter.

• Base salary range $170,000–$205,000, influenced by factors such as internal equity, experience, certifications, and geography.
