• 10+ years of leadership in software platform development, preferably in consumer electronics
• Experience with embedded systems, mobile apps, and cloud services
• Track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
• Skilled at building and motivating high-performing teams across multiple locations
• Passion for innovation and creating exceptional user experiences
• Strong communication and leadership skills

• Lead full stack and embedded software teams for consumer product delivery
• Build software capabilities with world-class engineers
• Develop high-performing engineering team and software operating model
• Partner with product management, hardware, architecture, and quality teams
• Drive continuous improvement in delivering customer experiences

• Ability to conduct code walk-throughs and spot-check software
• Global team management across multiple regions
• Track record of meeting schedules and delivery milestones
  
  Experience with embedded platforms (Qualcomm, STMicro, NXP, etc.)
• Knowledge of Android and iOS ecosystems
• Skill in managing fixed and flexible resources globally
• Proven ability to recruit and develop software talent
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
