As a Senior Associate Java & AI Developer
, you will:

• Design and develop enterprise-grade applications using modern Java and Spring frameworks
• Build and maintain scalable microservices architectures and RESTful APIs
• Develop and deploy agentic AI solutions
  , including AI agents, workflows, and orchestration frameworks
• Integrate LLM and AI capabilities into enterprise systems to enhance automation and software delivery
• Review, validate, and optimize AI-generated code to meet production standards for performance, security, and scalability
• Collaborate with engineering teams to implement AI-assisted development practices and tools
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Kubernetes and cloud platforms
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops workflows to streamline deployment processes
• Work with AI tools and frameworks to accelerate engineering and innovation efforts
• Ensure high-quality, maintainable code through best practices and modern development standards

• Strong experience with Java (Java 21 preferred), Spring Boot 3.x, and Spring Framework
• Proven ability to design and develop RESTful APIs and microservices architectures
• Experience with JPA/Hibernate and backend data management
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized application deployment
• Strong experience integrating AI/LLM capabilities into enterprise systems
• Experience building agentic AI solutions

• Familiarity with Lang Graph and Model Context Protocol (MCP)
• Proficiency in Python for AI development, tooling, or orchestration
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, innovative environments

• Experience in healthcare or regulated industries
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude, Codex SDK, CLI tools
