  • Lead the vision for quality:
Design, own, and implement the end‑to‑end quality assurance and test automation strategy for our digital applications.

  • Build robust test frameworks:
Personally design, code, and maintain scalable and reusable automation frameworks for UI, API, and mobile testing.

  • Be a hands‑on developer:
Contribute to full‑stack application development, including front‑end and back‑end components, using modern technologies.

  • Champion best practices:
Mentor and coach other engineers on writing testable code, effective testing techniques, and leveraging automation tools.

  • Integrate AI into QA:
Analyze and leverage AI capabilities to revolutionize the quality process, from intelligent test case generation to advanced defect analysis.

  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to create seamless, high‑quality user experiences.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across the full stack, ensuring the stability and reliability of our applications.

We’re Looking for
  • A seasoned software engineer with a primary passion for test automation and software quality.

  • Deep, hands‑on experience building and maintaining automated test frameworks for web and mobile applications (e.g., using tools like Cypress, Selenium, Playwright, Appium), and leveraging Browser Stack for automation and cross‑browser performance analysis.

  • Extensive experience in Performance Testing, utilizing tools such as Load Runner, JMeter, and Gatling to simulate traffic, identify bottlenecks, and ensure system reliability.

  • Strong full‑stack development and testing experience, including hands‑on work with Angular, React Native, Android Native, iOS Native, REST APIs (with Apigee), Spring Boot, and event‑driven systems like Confluent Kafka.

  • Deep knowledge of Performance Monitoring, Debugging, and Observability, actively using tools like Splunk, Splunk Observability, New Relic, and Log Rocket for root cause analysis.

  • Proven ability to lead and review a comprehensive QA and Performance strategy, identify gaps, and drive improvements across a development team.

  • Experience leveraging AI capabilities to enhance automation processes, generate test data, and improve overall testing efficiency.

  • Expertise with Agile methodologies, CI/CD pipelines (Dev Sec Ops ), and seamlessly integrating both functional automated testing and continuous performance testing into the development lifecycle.

  • Experience testing and monitoring in a secure public cloud environment, preferably AWS, including the use of AWS Monitoring tools like Cloud Watch and Performance Insights.

  • Experience testing across diverse data and infrastructure layers, including Relational, Object‑Oriented, No

SQL, and InMemory databases, as well as Content Management Systems (Drupal) and CDNs (Akamai/F5).

  • The ability to coach, mentor, and influence other engineers to adopt a quality‑first and performance‑driven mindset.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

  • 8+ years of hands‑on technology experience, with a significant focus on both software development and test automation.

  • A proven self‑starter with the demonstrated ability to own technical decisions and lead initiatives.
