Senior Software Engineer (Gen AI) – Coppell, TX – Hybrid with in‑office presence required; relocation required if not local.

We are seeking an experienced Software Engineer to lead the development and deployment of Generative AI solutions, transforming state‑of‑the‑art models into reliable, scalable, and user‑friendly products.

• Develop and optimize AI inference systems for large language models and multimodal AI.
• Build robust APIs and services that power AI‑driven features for supply chain management applications.
• Design and implement scalable data pipelines for model training and evaluation.
• Create developer tools and frameworks that enable internal teams to leverage AI capabilities.
• Contribute to model fine‑tuning, deployment, and monitoring workflows.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define and execute product roadmaps.
• Document code, algorithms, and methodologies for reproducibility and knowledge sharing.
• Stay current with the rapidly evolving generative AI landscape.

• Software/Tools:
  Python, Git Hub, Node.js, React.js, Git Hub Actions, Codacy, Git Hub Advanced Security, Black Duck Hub, Blaze Meter, Artifactory, Ansible, Docker, etc.
• Application Architecture:
  Scalable, resilient, event‑driven, secure multi‑tenant microservices architecture.
• Cloud Architecture:
  Microsoft Azure (ARM templates, AKS, Virtual Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD).
• Frameworks/Others:
  Kubernetes, Kafka, Elasticsearch, Spark, No
  
  SQL, RDBMS, Snowflake.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field; this is not a junior role.
• At least 8 years of software engineering experience, focusing on Python development and building APIs.
• Strong understanding of Generative AI concepts and practical experience implementing Generative AI models and algorithms.
• Proficiency in Python, Tensor Flow, PyTorch (or similar) and machine learning frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of distributed systems and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with modern software development practices including CI/CD, testing, and version control.
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.

• Experience with large‑scale datasets and distributed computing frameworks such as Hadoop or Spark.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in team environments.
• Self‑driven, ownership mindset, and ability to work across the full stack.
• Background in MLOps, model deployment, or model serving infrastructure.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and AI safety/alignment techniques.
• Contributions to open‑source AI projects.
