Software Engineer, Cloud Engineer - Software

Natoma is the agentic control plane and hypervisor for the enterprise. We empower organizations to securely connect all of their systems, applications, and data to rapidly growing fleets of agents and AI-enabled tools. With robust governance, access controls and reporting, enterprises can rest easy knowing they have full control and visibility over the unknown reality of agents in the workplace.

We are a small and nimble team, based out of Boston, MA with offices in Bangalore and Gurgaon. Each teammate is a meaningful owner of the product, and has a significant impact on the direction of the business. We work hard but we don't take ourselves too seriously. As a Software Engineer at Natoma, you'll own the delivery and outcome of customer features and service health. You'll work closely with Customer Success, Product Management, Design and QA teams to deliver high impact features. Additionally, you'll work closely with your Engineering teammates to review and identify service optimizations.

• Experience building, releasing and maintaining features for enterprise customers

• 3+ years of software engineering experience

• Excellent communication skils

• Proficiency in Node.js and Type Script

• Experience with Mongo
  
  DB or similar document databases

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (GCP preferred) and containerized environments

• Strong fundamentals: data structures, system design, and debugging

• A collaborative mindset and eagerness to learn in a fast-moving startup environment

• Experience with Kubernetes or other container orchestration

• Exposure to identity, security, or authorization systems (OAuth, RBAC, etc.)

• Familiarity with the MCP, A2A, Skills and other AI protocols
