This position is designed for early‑career engineers who are eager to learn, contribute, and grow in a collaborative environment. As part of a product‑focused engineering team, you’ll work across both frontend and backend systems, helping deliver features that directly impact the user experience. WhatYou’ll Do
- Build End‑to‑End Features – Develop and deliver full‑stack functionality, contributing to both user interfaces and backend services that power the application.
- Collaborate Across Teams – Work closely with product managers, designers, and engineers to understand goals and translate them into scalable, maintainable solutions.
- Write High‑Quality Code – Create clean, testable code and participate in peer reviews to ensure strong engineering standards across the team.
- Test & Improve Reliability – Implement automated tests and help maintain system stability by identifying and resolving issues across environments.
- Problem Solve & Debug – Troubleshoot bugs and performance issues, contributing to a smoother and more reliable product experience.
- Grow Your Technical Skillset – Engage in architectural discussions, learn modern development practices, and build a deeper understanding of how systems scale.
- Take Ownership of Your Growth – Actively seek feedback, ask thoughtful questions, and continuously look for ways to improve your skills and impact.
- Experience – 0–2 years of software development experience, or equivalent through internships, academic work, or personal/open‑source projects.
- Programming Knowledge – Experience with at least one programming language commonly used in web development such as JavaScript, Type Script, Python, or Ruby.
- Web Fundamentals – Understanding of HTML, CSS, and browser behavior.
- API Basics – Familiarity with RESTful services and how frontend applications interact with backend systems.
- Mindset – Curiosity, adaptability, and a strong desire to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
- Communication – Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams and clearly express ideas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
- Exposure to building or contributing to user‑facing web applications.
- Familiarity with modern development tools, version control systems, and testing practices.
- Work on products used by a large and passionate user base.

This role is based in Boston, MA with in‑office collaboration opportunities. Compensation typically ranges from $95,000 to $105,000, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant factors.
