Role OverviewAs an Associate Software Engineer, you will contribute to the development of customer‑facing features across both frontend and backend systems. You’ll work closely with product managers, designers, and senior engineers to bring ideas to life—while building a strong foundation in software engineering best practices.

What You’ll Work On Feature DevelopmentDesign and implement full‑stack features, contributing to both user‑facing interfaces and backend services.
Cross‑Functional CollaborationPartner with product and design teams to understand requirements and translate them into clean, maintainable code.
Code Quality & TestingWrite automated tests and participate in code reviews to ensure high‑quality, reliable software.
Debugging & TroubleshootingInvestigate and resolve issues across development and production environments, improving system stability.

ExperienceRequired Qualifications
- 0–2 years of professional experience in software development, or equivalent experience through internships, coursework, or personal projects.
- Proficiency in at least one language commonly used in web development (e.g., JavaScript/Type Script, Python, Ruby).
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how web applications function in the browser.
- Basic familiarity with RESTful APIs and how frontend and backend systems communicate.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A proactive, growth‑oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Experience contributing to customer‑facing web applications, whether professionally or through personal projects.
- Familiarity with modern development workflows, including version control and testing practices.

Compensation is competitive for an entry‑level engineering role, typically ranging from $95,000 to $105,000 depending on experience and qualifications.
