Senior Software Engineer (Python) - Boston, MA

A fast-growing deep tech startup is building AI-powered tooling that transforms high-level code into optimized software for advanced compute systems and is looking for a Senior Software Engineer to help build scalable AI-driven code translation pipelines.

• Building AI-powered backend workflows and distributed systems.
• Developing scalable infrastructure using Docker, cloud platforms, and orchestration tools.
• Working with AI and systems teams to improve automated code generation pipelines.
• Writing clean, reliable, production-grade software.

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Strong Python skills plus another backend language such as C++, Rust, or Go.
• Experience building scalable APIs and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks, containerized environments, and modern CI/CD practices.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and product mindset.

• Work on cutting-edge AI infrastructure and intelligent automation tooling.
