As a software developer, you will be part of a team that designs and builds an agentic solution that helps large enterprise companies migrate their computing to AWS. Delivering a reliable and high-performance service at AWS scale requires engineers with extraordinary technical expertise and boundless creativity. Work on designing and building a scalable, reliable service to assist enterprise migrations to AWS. Collaborate with customers to understand goals and constraints, and translate them into robust software solutions. Write code, contribute to architecture decisions, and help improve code quality across the team.

• 5+ years of non-internship professional software development experience
• 5+ years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
• 5+ years of leading design or architecture (design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
• Experience as a mentor, tech lead or leading an engineering team

• 5+ years of full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations experience
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent
