The Product & Engineering organization partners closely with Product Management, Sales, Operations, Customer Success, Security, and our customers to design and deliver the platforms that power our secure financial and card issuance solutions. ABCorp is seeking a Principal Software Engineer, Team Lead to anchor and lead a full‑stack product team building next‑generation financial and card issuance SaaS solutions. This role blends deep technical execution with team leadership within an empowered product model.

You will lead a team of 6–10 engineers while remaining hands‑on in architecture, design, and development. Working closely with Product and UX leadership, you will shape scalable, secure cloud platforms that power financial workflows, card issuance, and secure manufacturing for global institutions.

Beyond delivery, you will operate as a product‑minded engineering leader — translating business problems into durable technical solutions, ensuring system reliability and data integrity, and building platforms designed for scale, observability, and measurable impact. You will influence cross‑functional stakeholders, elevate engineering standards, and help define how our SaaS platforms evolve to support both operational excellence and long‑term product strategy.
