We are hiring for 3 Senior Software Engineers with demonstrable Dev Ops experience to support a major transformation of a core solution, moving from a legacy Win Forms and Citrix setup to a modern cloud‑first architecture on Azure.

This hands‑on engineering role involves building new, web‑based systems from the ground up, working across backend services, APIs, and data‑driven applications. You’ll help shape how the next generation of the platform is designed and delivered and have real scope to influence design decisions, ways of working, and the architecture.

• Experience in a Dev Ops environment
• Hands‑on experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform (essential)
• Experience with C# and backend development
• Experience building web applications (React or similar)
• Hands‑on experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred, AWS also considered)
• Experience with Dev Ops practices such as CI/CD and deployment
• Experience designing and building APIs and backend services
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of delivery
• Able to collaborate with product, data and engineering stakeholders

• Experience in financial services or investment data
• Understanding asset classes such as equities or fixed income and how performance data is structured
• Experience working on data driven systems, analytics or dashboards
• Exposure to AI integrations or LLM based applications
• Experience with modern architecture approaches such as microservices or cloud native design
