Applications Analyst II GI Systems

Job Summary

Responsible for providing, designing, developing, testing, implementing, and maintaining new and existing software applications in use within GI and Endoscopy. This role also provides training and support to end users.

• Review system requirements and business processes.
• Test, debug, and implement software solutions.
• Develop and execute test plans and perform software quality assurance tasks.
• Train end users on the operation of software applications and develop end-user documentation.
• Provide ongoing support of the software applications by identifying and resolving issues.
• Run reports, update tables, and perform other tasks associated with the ongoing operation of the software environment.
• Participate in regular team meetings to discuss activities, issues, and updates.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems or equivalent.
• Experience:
  
  2–3 years in development, support, or operation of software applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills to communicate with both technical and non‑technical staff.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to learn quickly.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
  365 and other office productivity solutions.
• If utilizing Epic, must obtain required certifications as outlined by program requirements.
