Full Stack Engineer
You will be part of the technology team in Stock Plan Services business unit that administers equity compensation programs on behalf of public and private companies offering various compensations programs such as:
Employee Stock Purchase Plans, Restricted Stock Awards/Units, Stock Option Plans, Stock Appreciation Rights and Performance based Awards. Currently SPS services approx. 2.5M participants employed by over 600 clients and spread out in 150 countries. The business is looking to further expand in the international equity compensation markets as well as private markets. We are specifically focusing on building new capabilities for private companies and start-ups like captable management.
The Expertise and Skills You Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a technology related field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, etc.) required
- 5+ years Java and Spring Boot experience
- Experience building and consuming REST APIs
- Experience with public cloud based technologies
- Experience with testing tools like jUnit, Cucumber, and Selenium
- JavaScript/Type Script in an Angular or React environment, Angular preferred
- Understanding and experience working with CI/CD processes and tools such as Jenkins
- Passion for engineering excellence and continuous improvement
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and experiment with new technologies and patterns
