We are seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to support the design, development, implementation, and ongoing enhancement of solutions within our Salesforce platform. This role will work closely with CRM stakeholders, business teams, and technical resources to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions that improve business processes and user experience.
The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce development expertise with the ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions. This individual will participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including solution design, configuration, custom development, testing, deployment, and support.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with CRM, business, and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine business requirements.
- Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions that align with organizational goals and best practices.
- Build and maintain custom applications, workflows, integrations, and automation using Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Develop and enhance Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, triggers, and Salesforce APIs as needed.
- Configure and support Salesforce features including custom objects, fields, validation rules, flows, reports, dashboards, and security settings.
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and provide recommendations for scalable and maintainable platform design.
- Support system integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise applications.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement timely resolutions.
- Execute system testing, user acceptance testing support, and deployment activities.
- Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements, and Salesforce platform best practices.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including solution designs, development specifications, and support materials.
- Stay current with Salesforce releases, emerging technologies, and platform enhancements to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience developing and supporting solutions on the Salesforce platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools and technologies, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, Flows, and APIs.
- Experience working with CRM platforms and supporting business process improvements through technology solutions.
- Understanding of Salesforce security model, data architecture, and application lifecycle management.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
