Agentic AI Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Agentic AI Engineer to design, build, and optimize AI-driven agent frameworks and LLM-based solutions. The role involves creating serverless, multi-agent architectures on AWS, implementing advanced reasoning workflows, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready AI solutions.

• Design and develop agentic AI products using Bedrock Agent Core (Memory, Gateway, Runtime, Identity, Interpreter, Observability)
• Implement and operate A2A/MCP servers and integrate with Bedrock Agents/Converse APIs
• Orchestrate multi-agent workflows with Strands Agents; deploy to AWS Lambda or EKS
• Instrument agents with metrics, traces, and audits via Cloud Watch
• Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and UX teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Follow AI initiative roadmaps and ensure measurable organizational impact

• 4+ years of experience in AI/ML development, LLMs, and agent frameworks
• Hands‑on with Semantic Kernel, Lang Graph, Lang Chain Agents, or CrewAI
• Expertise in LLM fine‑tuning, evaluation, and prompt engineering
• Proficiency in Python, AWS, modern AI/ML frameworks, and serverless architectures
• Experience with vector databases, embeddings, RAG workflows, and generative AI concepts
• Strong problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
• Familiarity with AI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and AWS
