Located in Cambridge, this fast-growing start‑up specializes in leveraging artificial intelligence to connect companies and organizations with human experts who deliver developed and in-depth insights  using AI to find qualified experts, analyze information, and deliver ready to use reports, they can cut total project time from weeks and months, to days.

We are currently in search of a Senior Software Engineer who will work with the CTO to implement and determine the core systems and building the company’s AI expert network platform. This is an opportunity where you can build from the ground up alongside the technical leadership team and gain experience in the cutting edge AI space.

• Create, implement, and maintain measurable and secure software solutions.
• Be open and able to collaborate with design, product, and ML teams to translate business goals into high quality features.
• 8+ years of experience in full‑stack software development
• Strong skills in Python, FastAPI, Django, Java script, React and/or comparable languages
• Experience with AWS, Docker, PostgreSQL, and LLM APIs like Claude or GPT

• Experience with generative AI models and hybrid search architectures.
• Experience with cloud infrastructure and infrastructure design (AWS and Azure)
• Experience working at a start-up or fast-paced company
