Job Description

Join a well‑funded, venture‑backed healthcare AI startup building production‑grade Voice AI, LLM‑powered agents, and autonomous workflows that improve patient outcomes. Working directly with the founders, you will build intelligent systems that learn continuously from real‑world interactions and help redefine how healthcare is delivered.

• Design and deploy production Voice AI systems.
• Build autonomous AI agents and multi‑agent workflows.
• Develop evaluation infrastructure and reinforcement learning pipelines.
• Create AI copilots for healthcare advocates.
• Partner with founders on product and technical strategy.
• Design scalable cloud‑native AI architectures.

• 1–10 years of backend or full‑stack software engineering.
• Production experience with AI agents, LLMs, or Voice AI.
• Strong Python, AWS, PostgreSQL, and Type Script skills.
• Experience with agentic systems, STT/TTS, or multi‑agent orchestration.
• RLHF, reward modeling, or feedback‑driven AI improvement experience preferred.
• Thrives in fast‑moving startup environments.

• Series A–D startup experience.
• Prompt engineering and distributed AI systems expertise.
