We're partnering with a leading high-performance technology firm to hire a Java Software Engineer to build and enhance cutting-edge,
low latency platforms

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced engineer who enjoys solving complex performance challenges and is looking to step into (or continue in) a technical leadership role.
What we're looking for:- 3–5+ years of commercial Java development experience
- Strong experience building high-performance, low latency systems
- A passion for writing clean, scalable, and highly optimised code
- Previous experience leading or mentoring a small team is highly desirable
- Up to $220k total compensation
- Hybrid working in Boston
- Opportunity to lead a small, high-calibre engineering team
