Senior Angular Developer
A fast-growing organization in the collaboration technology space is seeking a Front End Engineer (Angular) to join its team building a cloud-based collaboration platform. This role is based in Boston, MA and focuses on building highly interactive, data-driven web applications using Angular 17, Type Script, RxJS, and Firebase. This is an opportunity to work on a modern, scalable product that directly impacts how large construction projects are planned and executed.
Engineers in this role will help shape intuitive user experiences for complex workflows, contribute to architectural decisions, and work with asynchronous data streams in a highly collaborative environment. - 6+ years of professional front-end development experience
- Strong expertise with Angular (v8+), ideally with experience in Angular 17
- Proficient in Type Script and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Experience building data-driven web applications with dynamic UI updates
- Solid understanding of RxJS or NgRX and reactive programming patterns
- Experience working with Firebase or similar backend-as-a-service platforms
- Strong experience handling asynchronous code, API integration, and state management
- Familiarity with RESTful services and real-time data synchronization
- Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- 60% Building and enhancing interactive UI features for the web platform
- 20% Managing asynchronous data flows and integrating real-time updates
- 10% Collaborating with cross-functional teams (product, design, backend)
- 10% Code reviews, testing, and technical documentation
