• Pay Range: $60.00 - $64.79 per hour on W2

Role:
Develop and scale a cutting-edge AI platform focused on compliance for client workers. Architect and implement backend services, integrate with internal systems, and work with generative AI technologies to ensure applications are born compliant.

• Design and build serverless backend services on AWS.
• Develop and maintain tools for agentic AI workflows.
• Integrate with various internal platforms for data processing.
• Implement prompt orchestration and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines.
• Build frameworks for automated compliance and workflow scripting.

• Proficiency in a programming language like Python or Type Script.
• Experience with core AWS services (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, S3).
• Understanding of distributed systems and API design principles.

Candidates with experience in generative AI and LLM application development, particularly in areas like prompt engineering, agentic architectures, and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), will be highly preferred.
