Full Stack Software Engineer

Job Overview

We are looking for an early‑career software engineer to join our Fund Administration IT team in Boston, MA. In this role you’ll design, develop, and enhance data‑centric applications that directly support mutual fund administration platforms.

• Design, develop, and deliver business solutions in an agile environment.
• Build and support data‑focused applications and services.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to implement high‑quality solutions.
• Develop and optimize SQL‑based data solutions supporting upstream and downstream systems.
• Participate in sprint planning, stand‑ups, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

• 1–2 years of software development experience.
• Strong SQL skills.
• Experience developing data‑focused applications and solutions.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Experience working in Agile teams.

• Experience with Azure Databricks, Informatica, Power Platform / Power BI, Python, Java.

• Salary range: $90,160.00 – $ USD (hybrid). Potential incentive compensation tied to performance.
