Senior Visual Designer

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the visual language of 7AI's Agentic Security Platform with an eye for clean, legible interfaces on technical, data-heavy surfaces.
• Think in systems: collaborate with the team to develop high fidelity patterns that act as building blocks across our platform, from dashboards to data-dense workflows.
• Turn UX flows and low-fidelity concepts into polished, production-ready, and reusable components, and produce the assets and specs that support pixel-perfect implementation.
• Partner closely with Product and Engineering to build interfaces with real visual fidelity.
• Drive rigor and consistency across our design system — auditing, documenting, and pushing the team's contributions toward one visual standard.
• Raise the bar on craft and attention to detail across the design team, and give feedback that helps the rest of the team grow their visual skills.

• 6+ years of experience in visual design, UI design, or product design with a strong visual focus.
• A portfolio that shows real depth in typography, layout, color, hierarchy, and data visualization — not just interaction design.
• Experience designing for complex, data-rich products.
• Experience building or leading contributions to a design system, with a visual focus.
• High proficiency in Figma.
• A sharp eye for detail — spacing, alignment, and polish matter to you.
• Comfort giving direction and feedback to other designers on visual craft.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.

Demonstrates expertise in visual design and UI design, with a strong focus on creating clean, legible interfaces for data-rich products. Proficient in building and maintaining design systems while providing constructive feedback to enhance team skills.
