- Strong engineering foundation with demonstrated ability to build, experiment, learn quickly, and translate ambiguous business problems into working technical solutions.
- Hands‑on interest or experience with generative AI, agentic AI, prompt engineering, AI‑assisted development, workflow automation, or adjacent software engineering practices.
- Familiarity with modern AI tools and platforms such as large language models, agent frameworks, AI‑enabled IDEs, Git Hub Copilot, Claude Code, Google Gemini Enterprise, AWS Bedrock, or similar technologies.
- Programming experience in Python, SQL, or comparable languages, with the ability to develop prototypes, integrate data sources, test workflows, and collaborate with engineering teams.
- Awareness of AI governance, responsible AI, data controls, model risk, security, auditability, and operational resiliency considerations in a regulated enterprise environment.
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a strong desire to grow into a future‑forward AI engineer who can learn new tools, frameworks, and business domains quickly.
