On the Service Now side of our business, we specialize in modern ITOM, ITAM, AI, SPM, and Dev Ops implementations designed to help organizations engineer their Service Now into a powerful AI-driven platform. And on the Datadog side of our business, our experienced team of SREs and Dev Ops engineers drive better observability, availability, and deployment velocity for organizations looking to drive measurable business impact through their Datadog environment.

Want to break into enterprise software before you even graduate? Rap Dev is looking for current Computer Science (or related) students who want real hands‑on experience with Service Now — one of the fastest‑growing platforms in enterprise tech. This is a full‑time internship where you'll learn directly from experienced developers and architects while working on actual customer projects, immersed in the team day in and day out.

No prior Service Now experience needed. We'll teach you the platform from the ground up — you just need to bring curiosity, solid programming fundamentals, and a willingness to learn.

• Go through Rap Dev's Service Now training program and work toward certifications
• Sharpen your JavaScript skills in a real enterprise setting
• Sit in on customer meetings and sprint demos to see how projects actually run
• Get mentorship while configuring and customizing Service Now applications
• Write and test scripts (business rules, client scripts, UI policies, etc.)
• Help troubleshoot configuration issues alongside the team
• Join our internal SCRUM calls and share your ideas
• Keep a running log of what you're learning and where you're getting stuck (this helps us help you)

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's in Computer Science or a related field
• Available to work full-time (this internship works well for a co‑op term, or a gap semester
• Comfortable with programming fundamentals, especially Java Script
• Genuinely curious about new tech and enjoys solving problems
• Communicates well and works well with others
• Able to work onsite and be part of the team in person
• Interested in sticking around and growing in the Service Now world long‑term

• Any exposure to Service Now or other enterprise platforms
• Experience with REST APIs or scripting outside of class projects
• Familiarity with Agile/SCRUM

• Real, resume‑worthy experience on a major enterprise platform
• Direct mentorship from senior engineers and architects
• A clear path toward a full‑time Service Now Engineer role after graduation
• The chance to contribute to real projects early — not just fetch coffee
