Takeda seeks a Senior Director, AIRx Medicinal Chemistry in Cambridge, MA, to lead AI-enabled drug design within the AIRx program. Guide deep SAR-driven design, integrate AI/ML proposals with hands-on medicinal chemistry judgment, and oversee CRO synthesis to accelerate DMTA cycles.
