A leading insurance and financial services organization is seeking a Senior Automation Engineer / Automation Lead to join the Jetsons Squad, an intelligent automation team focused on RPA, AI integration, and productivity across investment operations.

This role is ideal for a hands-on automation engineer who can design, build, deploy, and support enterprise RPA solutions using UiPath, while also integrating modern AI/LLM capabilities where appropriate.

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end UiPath RPA solutions focused on business value, efficiency, and cost savings.
• Serve as the technical owner for production automation, including monitoring, incident triage, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate automation opportunities and determine whether RPA, AI, or a hybrid approach is the best solution.
• Build React/Type Script front-end applications supporting automation outputs, dashboards, and business workflows.
• Integrate OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, and Anthropic APIs, including RAG, function calling, and streaming patterns.
• Partner with Product Owners and business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into automation solutions.
• Participate in PI Planning, sprint ceremonies, backlog refinement, and Agile/SAFe delivery.
• Develop automation architecture, technical documentation, API contracts, and operational runbooks.
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers and establish development and code-quality standards.
• Support emerging automation technologies including UiPath Autopilot, agentic workflows, and Snowflake integrations.

The ideal candidate is a Senior Automation Engineer / Automation Lead with strong hands-on UiPath/RPA experience, production ownership, and the ability to combine traditional automation with modern AI/LLM technologies. Financial services, investment operations, or other regulated-industry experience is highly preferred.
