AboutThe Role
We are looking for an AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, train, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent applications. The ideal candidate has strong Python development skills, hands-on experience with machine learning frameworks, and the ability to take models from experimentation through production.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
- Build and maintain scalable ML pipelines for data preparation, training, evaluation, and deployment.
- Develop production-ready AI applications using Python.
- Work extensively with PyTorch and Tensor Flow to develop and optimize models.
- Analyze large datasets and perform feature engineering and data preprocessing.
- Evaluate model performance and implement techniques to improve accuracy, scalability, and reliability.
- Deploy and monitor machine learning models in production environments.
- Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders.
- Research emerging AI/ML technologies and identify opportunities to integrate them into products.
- Maintain high-quality documentation, testing, and engineering standards.
- 2–7 years of professional experience in AI/ML, machine learning engineering, or a related field.
- Strong programming experience with Python.
- Hands-on experience with PyTorch and/or Tensor Flow.
- Strong understanding of machine learning and deep learning concepts.
- Experience building, evaluating, and deploying ML models.
- Knowledge of data preprocessing, feature engineering, model validation, and performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, or Computer Vision.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, or MLOps practices.
- Experience developing REST APIs or integrating ML models into production applications.
Knowledge of SQL and modern data-processing technologies.
- Competitive compensation of $120K–$200K+, based on experience and qualifications.
