Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Senior CDP / Mar Tech Engineer to support a Customer Data Platform (CDP) as part of a large-scale Personalization Program. Hands‑on experience with Martech, CDP (Customer Data Platform), AWS, Databricks and Delta lake and Adobe Campaign Classic. This is a Remote role.
Exp in CDP and Personalization Required Skills- 5+ years working directly in/on a CDP or similar Mar Tech data platform (configuration, activation, and support)
- Hands‑on experience with audience/segment building, identity resolution, and journey/orchestration tooling
- Strong Databricks and Delta Lake experience (Unity Catalog, data‑sharing connectivity)
- AWS experience, particularly MSK/Kafka.
- REST API integration experience with marketing execution platforms (ESP, push, SMS providers)
- Adobe Campaign Classic experience - hands‑on with workflows, campaign/journey setup, and API‑based integration
- API‑first, composable architecture / connector‑based integration experience
- Experience implementing/maintaining a CDP Web SDK or similar client‑side event tracking SDK (JavaScript) for behavioral/event data capture
- Strong troubleshooting and root‑cause analysis skills; comfortable being a hands‑on point of contact for business‑reported issues
- Strong technical documentation skills
- Experience with Airship or Infobip specifically
- Experience with Optimizely or similar experimentation/feature‑flagging platforms
- Retail or membership industry experience
- Experience supporting a live/production CDP platform end‑to‑end (not just implementation)
