Workday Integration Developer

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Workday Integration Developer to support a leading international consulting firm. This individual will join a team working on key HR and sourcing platform initiatives, focusing on the design, development, and enhancement of Workday integrations. This is a highly technical, hands-on role with minimal stakeholder management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and support Workday integrations across HR and talent systems.
• Build and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, and APIs.
• Support business processes related to onboarding, worker creation, payments, and other Core HCM functions.
• Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot and enhance integration solutions.
• Develop and maintain integration documentation and deployment processes.
• Support cloud-based integration environments and associated AWS components where needed.

Required Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of overall integration development experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Workday Studio.
• Extensive experience developing and supporting Workday Integrations.
• Experience with EIB, BIRT, and Workday integration frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Workday Core HCM.
• Experience supporting functional use cases including:
  Employee onboarding Worker  and maintenance Payment-related processes
• Experience working with REST/SOAP APIs and system integrations.
• Working knowledge of AWS.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience integrating with recruiting and talent acquisition platforms.
• Previous experience supporting HR technology transformations or recruiting system implementations.
• Experience with in consulting, professional services, or large global organisations.
