This is an opportunity to join a highly visible engineering team working at the intersection of data engineering, cloud platforms, and applied AI. You’ll contribute to the evolution of a modern data ecosystem while partnering closely with engineering, data, and business stakeholders to solve complex analytical and operational challenges.

• Design and develop scalable data pipelines ingesting and transforming data from a variety of internal platforms and external data sources.
• Build and optimize cloud-based data solutions that support reporting, analytics, AI, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Develop robust data models supporting complex investment, operational, and financial datasets.
• Partner with software engineers, data professionals, and AI teams to deliver high-impact solutions.
• Engineer and maintain data products using Python, SQL, and modern cloud technologies.
• Build and optimize workflows within a cloud-native data platform environment.
• Contribute to emerging AI initiatives, including semantic data layers, intelligent workflows, and agent-based solutions.
• Apply best practices around testing, scalability, maintainability, and data governance.
• Help drive the evolution of a modern enterprise data architecture supporting a rapidly growing business.

• 5+ years of professional experience in data engineering, analytics engineering, or related disciplines.
• Strong experience designing and building data warehouses and enterprise data platforms.
• Expertise in data modeling, dimensional modeling, and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake or similar modern cloud data warehouse technologies.
• Strong Python development experience.
• Advanced SQL and database development skills.
• Experience integrating data through APIs and external sources.
• Familiarity with cloud-native ETL/ELT platforms.
• Experience operating within Agile engineering environments.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and building scalable solutions.

• Experience with AI/ML-enabled data platforms.
• Exposure to enterprise reporting and visualization tools.
• Familiarity with modern AI development tools, copilots, agent frameworks, or LLM-based solutions.
• Experience working in financial services, asset management, investment technology, or other highly data-driven industries.
• Experience collaborating with globally distributed teams.
