Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Java Full Stack Lead Developer to design, develop, and maintain scalable enterprise applications. This hands‑on role requires strong backend and frontend development expertise, leadership capabilities, and experience building cloud-native, event-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain Java-based enterprise applications.
- Build and support microservices using Spring Boot.
- Develop and deploy containerized applications using Docker.
- Implement event-driven architectures leveraging Kafka and MQ.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security.
- Follow Agile development practices, code reviews, testing, and documentation standards.
- 8+ years of hands‑on Java development experience (Java 21+ preferred).
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and RESTful microservices.
- Frontend development expertise with Angular 19+ and RxJS.
- Experience using AI‑assisted development tools such as Git Hub Copilot or Windsurf.
- Hands‑on experience with Docker and cloud-native environments.
- Strong knowledge of Kafka, MQ, and event‑driven architectures.
- Experience with relational and No
SQL databases. - Proficiency with Git and Agile methodologies.
- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem‑solving skills.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices.
- Knowledge of JUnit, Mockito, and automated testing frameworks.
