This is a 1099 Independent Contractor on-site Delivery Driver role based in Boston, MA. The Delivery Driver is responsible for picking up and delivering a variety of packages, including medical supplies, parcels, and small freight, following assigned routes and schedules. Daily tasks include ensuring timely deliveries, managing package loading and unloading, maintaining communication with the dispatch team, and adhering to safe driving practices while providing top‑notch customer service.

• All you need is your own car! (additional requirements listed below)
• No earnings cap, excellent rates and great customer base.
• Routes begin at 7:30am, 10:30am, 2:00pm, & 6:00pm.
• Routes on average take 3.5 to 7.5 hours to complete.
• Routes travel an estimated 150 to 300 miles.
• Smart phone preferred to meet customer scanning requirements.
• Optimal Vehicle(s):
  Small SUV;
  Large SUV;
  Sprinter Van

• Strong Customer Service and interpersonal skills to ensure excellent communication and client satisfaction.
• Willingness to participate in Training programs to enhance skills and ensure safety compliance.
• Must be 21 years of age or older with a valid drivers' license.
• Background Check and Motor Vehicle Record Check (Must pay for this upfront).
• Willingness to obtain TSA Certification & Customer Specific Medical Certifications (Certification provided upon contracting).
• Proof of Insurance required
