Class A CDL Driver Position - Full Time Role

Hiring Area:
Boston, MA 02108

• Zero Touch & Every Other Weekend Home Time for 2 full days
• 100% No Touch Freight
• $1,400 to $1,500 Weekly - Direct Deposit every week
• New Equipment with TV, Sirius XM, and microwave mount
• Home every other weekend running the Northeast with no New York City delivery
• Trucks & Equipment - Fleet is switched out every year to ensure safety & compliance

• Valid Class A CDL License
• 6 months of experience with a tractor-trailer
• Completion of Clearing House for compliance

• Full Time Dry Van Position
• Home every other weekend for 2 full days
• Paid all miles (loaded & empty)
• Mostly drop & hook
• All dry van loads
• No touch freight

Northeast regional runs – no NYC, no touch freight.

Driver will never have to load or unload.

Must be able to read & process rate confirmations and use GPS.

• Paid orientation – only 2.5 days, private room & all meals covered
• Travel assistance for orientation, flights, or rental cars covered at no cost
• Minimum pay across all tractor-trailer dry van / no slip seats – once assigned a truck, you keep it until it's traded out for newer model
• Rider and pet policy that starts immediately
• APUs and inverters in all trucks
• Drivers can take trucks home, allowing more home time
• Medical, dental, and vision insurance
• 401(k) – company contributes up to 6%
• Holiday and vacation pay for all drivers on the fleet
• Orientation pay of $100 per day across 3-day process

All CDL A drivers attend a 2.5-day orientation with private room, meals covered, and travel expenses covered if needed.
