drivers will be home weekly (not guaranteed weekends) and may take trucks home but must have a secure place to park. Riders and pets can be brought after training is completed.

• can never have failed or refused any type of drug test even if you have completed sap
• please note if you have ever failed or refused a dot drug test you are not eligible for hire even if you have completed sap and regardless of how long ago the incident happened.

• drivers pick up loads at dc just outside of rome, ny. Trailers are preloaded; drivers hook and go.
• drivers receive a daily salary of $215/day and $300 for each trailer unloaded. Average mileage is 900‑1200 miles per week with three loads.
• drivers make 2‑4 stops per trailer. Deliveries involve placing boxes weighing 1‑35 lbs on a conveyor for store personnel to handle; drivers unload only.
• during a 34‑hour reset at home, drivers may still be on a load; week begins after deliveries are finished and drivers return to dc for the next load.
• orientation in dayton lasts about 2 days; company pays transportation, hotel, meals, and $85/day for orientation.
• training lasts 3‑5 days; drivers may double‑bunk with the trainer or get the truck first and follow the trainer. Training is paid at the daily rate.
• after training, drivers may bring a rider and a dog while they run.
• full benefits start after 60 days and include:

• must live in ny, ct, md, ma, or ri; (exclude bors or long island).
• drivers must be 21 years old and have one full year of class a experience; experience may be local, regional, or otr.
• cdl must be in the state of current residence upon application.
• may not have more than 3 jobs in the last year and no more than 6 jobs in the last three years.
• may have up to two dot recordable accidents in the last three years, excluding major traffic violations, preventable rear‑end collisions, and rollovers.
• cannot have been terminated from most recent job for any reason; verification is based on employer statement.
• may have one of the following moving violations in personal vehicle in the last three years (none allowed in commercial vehicle): 15+, reckless, following too closely, texting or handheld device. These violations only apply to personal vehicle; any in commercial vehicle disqualifies.
• no felonies in the last seven years (excluding sexual crimes) and no misdemeanors in the last three years.
