As a CDL-Certified Delivery Service Driver, you will operate an automatic straight truck (12,000–20,000 lb. GVW) on local delivery routes, delivering cooking oil to commercial kitchens while ensuring safe, accurate deliveries and excellent customer service. You will safely connect hoses to customer oil tanks, use company iPhone apps for route tracking, invoicing, and compliance, communicate politely with customers, monitor tank levels, and uphold DOT, OSHA, and HACCP safety standards.
LocationCurrent Depot: 16 Esquire Rd, North Billerica, MA 01862. Deployed to 600 Griffin Brook Drive, Methuen, Massachusetts in 2026.
Shift Availability- 4/10s, Friday–Monday, start 8:30PM (1 hotel stay per week)
- 3/13s, Wednesday–Friday, start 8:00AM (1 hotel stay per week)
Base pay $31.50 per hour plus shift differential and overtime. Saturday and Sunday shifts receive an additional $5.00 per hour. Sign‑on bonus $3,000. Quarterly bonus up to $5,200. Estimated first‑year total compensation $70–$75k.

- At least 21 years old
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid CDL Class
A or B with Tanker Endorsement - Able to lift 50lb. and perform physical tasks such as climbing ladders, bending, and twisting
- 2+ years of CDL‑regulated driving experience
- Bilingual
- Comfortable using hand tools and basic troubleshooting
- Strong safety mindset
- Past 36 months: limited to no MVR moving violations and PSP report violations
- Past 5 years: no DUI/DWI convictions, no speeding over 100mph, no major safety violations
- Drug & Alcohol:
Must pass DOT pre‑employment drug screen; subject to random testing after hire
