Regional Van Truckload truck driver – home weekly. Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no-touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.
Pay & Bonus- Weekly pay range: $875–$1,065
- Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty but not driving
- Weekly performance pay
- $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments (experienced drivers)
- $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments (inexperienced drivers)
- Mileage incentive: potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and goal
- Paid orientation
- Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
- Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Valid Commercial Learner’s Permit (if interested in company‑paid CDL training)
