Regional Van Truckload truck driver – home weekly. Predictable power lanes with a high volume of freight. Consistent freight allows for maximum drive time and less down time. Dispatched in advance, allowing for improved planning. 95% no-touch, mostly drop‑and‑hook freight. Drive within the Eastern 37 states.

• Weekly pay range: $875–$1,065
• Mileage pay and hourly pay while on duty but not driving
• Weekly performance pay
• $5,000 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments (experienced drivers)
• $2,500 sign‑on bonus paid over 12 monthly payments (inexperienced drivers)
• Mileage incentive: potential $0.02/mile increase based on weekly miles and goal
• Paid orientation
• Paid time off after 6 months, plus 6 days of holiday pay per year
• Annual bonus: up to 2% of annual gross pay each year

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
