Overview

Enterprise Mobility operates the Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo car rental brands and has frequently been named one of the top places to work. The Enterprise brand of Enterprise Mobility offers an exciting opportunity for full‑time Lead Drivers, primarily responsible for the safe movement of employees between various lot locations within the Region. When not performing employee transportation services, the Lead Driver performs on‑lot driver functions.

The role focuses on delivering vehicles between locations safely and in a timely manner, with a focus on customer needs and quality standards.

• Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the Airport.
• Deliver vehicles to other locations as directed by management, such as licensee locations, rail yard, auction sites, body shops or other corporate locations.
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as directed by management, driving a passenger van with 5-10 people.
• Answer customer questions or direct them to the appropriate person.
• Perform other service‑related duties to ensure our products and services meet customer needs.
• Manage sign‑in sheets at the beginning and end of every shift.
• Facilitate and execute breaks and lunches as directed by management.

• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at‑fault accidents within the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years.
• Authorized to work in the United States and not requiring sponsorship.
• At least 18 years old.

• Monday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Thursday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Friday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
• Saturday 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm

Position pays $18 / hour with a $2 / hour shift differential effective between 7:00 pm – 5:00 am, based on a 40‑hour work week, located at Boston Logan Airport (BOS) – 15 Transportation Way East Boston, MA 02128.
