Deliver exceptional service:
Treat customers and teammates with respect, provide knock-your-socks-off experiences, and educate customers on the value of our services.

Work safely & sustainably:
Operate vehicles responsibly, load and transport items with care, and partner with community organizations to recycle and donate whenever possible.

Take ownership & drive growth:
Make smart operational decisions on the job, help maintain trucks and equipment, and support marketing and continuous improvement efforts to build lasting customer relationships.

• Excellent communication & positive attitude
• Safety-first mindset
• Ability to use technology in the field & cell phone
• Valid driver's license and good motor vehicle record
• Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly
• Clean background check

The Junkluggers is a caring alternative to traditional furniture and junk removal with a commitment to enhancing lives, communities, and the environment by donating, recycling, and supporting local charity partners. Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
