CDL A Drivers – Home Weekends (Full Time)

Class A drivers with 8 months of verifiable Class A OTR or Regional experience get home every weekend for 48 hours running no touch dry van. Our drivers average $1620-$2020/WK and receive some of the best benefits, trucks, and bonuses in the industry.

• Earn $.67-$.71 CPM plus safety bonuses and a sign‑on bonus up to $1500.
• No touch freight, 65% drop & hook.
• Full benefits start the first of the month after 60 days, including medical, dental, life insurance, PTR, bonus, 401(k) with matching, and more.
• Drivers can bring a rider from day one.
• Trucks are new model Freightliner or Kenworth T‑680 equipped with free XM radio, satellite TV hook‑up, APU, inverter, fridge, microwave, and more.

• Drive primarily at night; routes run as far west as IA through the Midwest and into the Northeast.
• Do not pick up or deliver anywhere in the USA or state; drivers can take the truck home on weekends.

• Minimum 8 months OTR or Regional in the last 3 years with at least 2 winter‑condition months (Dec, Jan, Feb).
• Maximum of 3 moving violations in a CMV in the last 3 years and no more than 2 in the last year; no serious violations in the last 3 years.
• No DOT preventable accidents in the last 3 years and no more than 3 parking‑lot incidents in the last 2 years.
• No more than 4 driving jobs in the last 12 months.
• No terminations from any driving job in the last 12 months; no more than 2 terminations in the last 3 years.
