About the OpportunityThis role will lead field operations on large‑scale rail and transit projects, overseeing daily site activities, subcontractor coordination, safety, quality, schedule execution, and communication between field and project management teams.

- Oversee construction activities in active rail, right‑of‑way, station, bridge, roadway, and public infrastructure environments
- Manage look‑ahead schedules, manpower planning, track access requirements, inspections, and field reporting
- Coordinate work around shutdown windows, restricted access periods, and active rail operations
- Support client, agency, railroad, and stakeholder coordination throughout project execution
- Superintendent experience in rail, transit, heavy civil, bridge, transportation, highway, or infrastructure construction
- MBTA, Amtrak, MassDOT, commuter rail, freight rail, or public transportation experience strongly preferred
- Strong field leadership, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and safety management skills
- Experience leading self‑perform crews and managing complex field operations
- Familiarity with track access, railroad coordination, shutdowns, right‑of‑way work, and active operational environments
- Ability to oversee work in high‑impact transportation and public infrastructure environments
