About You

As a Supervisor, Transportation (Bargaining Unit, Local Union No. 25), you are a proactive, hands-on leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-pressure environments and takes ownership of complex, real-time operations with confidence and precision. You bring strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and a relentless focus on safety, service excellence, and accountability, while collaborating effectively across teams, communicating clearly with diverse stakeholders, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

What You Will Do

  • Leads daily parking and ground transportation operations by directing staff, managing schedules and assignments, and ensuring seamless coordination across units and stakeholders.
  • Drives efficient, customer-focused service by monitoring real-time operations, resolving service disruptions, and adjusting traffic flow, shuttle, and curbside activities in a fast-paced airport environment.
  • Ensures safety, compliance, and operational integrity across facilities, roadway systems, and revenue collection processes, including adherence to regulatory standards and secure handling of funds.
  • Oversees facility conditions, emergency response, and system performance by coordinating with internal teams, public safety, and external partners while identifying issues and implementing solutions to maintain continuity of operations.

What You Offer

  • High school diploma and 3-5 years' of experience in airport or parking operations, snow removal, and emergency procedures required.
  • Supervisory experience required.
  • Current and valid drivers license unrestricted except for corrective lenses required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel. Ability to become proficient with the use of the ITS and CAD/AVL system, various web-based applications, and other computer systems.

Minimum Salary Range $85,000

Maximum Salary Range $90,000
