Insomnia Cookies was founded in a college dorm room and has grown to over 300 stores worldwide, delivering fresh, warm cookies and treats from night into the early hours.

• Check orders for quality and accuracy before they leave the store.
• Deliver cookies, milk, and ice cream to our loyal fanbase in a timely and safe fashion.
• Provide quality customer service through positive and professional interaction with customers in-person or by phone.
• Use Insomnia’s delivery app to meet company standards and provide accurate status updates to customers.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of the 1-mile radius surrounding the store is a plus.
• Own a bike in working order.
• Own a smartphone with a data plan.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States.
• Be 18 years or older.
