Whip, a mobility provider, seeks a hands-on Fleet Associate in Boston to manage its rideshare fleet and keep drivers on the road. You will ensure vehicles are clean, maintained, and ready for use, coordinating with operations to maximize uptime.
As Lead Fleet Associate you will supervise vehicle check-ins/outs, maintain accurate fleet status, and act as the local escalation point for vehicle issues, working with local mechanics and vendors to uphold SLAs.
