Shuttle Customer Service Agent - BOS Airport

Prime Flight Aviation - 1 Harborside Drive - Responsibilities:
Provide efficient, friendly shuttle customer service by assisting with directions, shuttle schedules, luggage, and inquiries.;
Manage passenger flow and maintain orderly lines to prevent overcrowding; greet passengers and provide clear directions to waiting areas and shuttle routes.;
Coordinate shuttle departures every 10-15 minutes and stay informed about schedules to convey accurate updates to passengers.;
Conduct equipment checks, ensure radios and tools are operational, and report malfunctions to dispatch.;
Address passenger complaints professionally and assist with lost items; ensure safety and sanitation of vehicles; uphold Prime Flight customer service standards.
